I just finished fixing the windows of my wharram NARAI MK IV Mauna Kea - and I think it is a little specific: no screws only glue for the plexiglas windows. I positioned the photos with numbers for the right order.

Let me tell the story: Last year I was searching for the right boat and saw a lot of wharrams in Germany and England, and mostly the windows were fixed with screws and the glue was not so fine. I was searching around for the best solution after I caught the Narai Mk IV in southern Germany. Even on your forum there was no answer to find.

So I asked the gluing experts of SIKAflex - and they told me to glue the windows in the way the photos tell.

It is important to treat the plexi windows right before fixing. Flame all open edges with a gasburner, so there can go no air or water inside the glass. To have no holes in the glass is advantage - the aging of the glass is nearly stopped.

Than primer glass and surface of the boat (shown on photos) and fix the distance for the glue with rubber spacers (I took 4 mm for a 2 m length window).

After that you can draw the first line with SIKA. Put the window on the boat and fix with a little tape - it doesn't matter if glue comes out of the side a little.

Let it dry and harden for at least 3 days, than you can draw a line from inside and the last from outside. The lines can be flattened with a watery finger just after putting the lines - fine.

I personally will now paint the outside glue with normal boating colours - and that is everything.

In fact you need a lot of SIKA glue for it is thick on the window (not very cheap). But that is worth it. I love that look with no screws - she looks very elegant...
