As Gabriel looked when we bought the hulls in Cape Town.
The original builder’s thoughts were to use a wishbone beam system on Nr 2 and 3 beams and the outer 2 and mast beam as normal lashed type. We could not figure out why he wanted to go that way even though it was well built – that is the aluminum wish bones with shorter beams to slide into them.

A friend helping to build the new beams. If it wasn’t for a friend with a furniture factory, I don’t know how we would have managed with a small jig saw. Thank you AsBotes you are a friend indeed. (Apologies for the bad camera resolution)
